About QuestFive

I have a very long list of things I want to learn.

Not particularly “useful” things. Nothing that will advance my career, boost my productivity, or even necessarily make my life better.

QuestFive helps me by turning those passing curiosities into mini-quests: something small enough to start, playful enough to finish, and just serious enough to earn an entirely unnecessary certificate at the end.

Some of it will stick. A lot of it probably won’t. And that’s okay.

I don’t believe everything we learn has to be retained or put to practical use. Sometimes, just spending fifteen minutes looking closely at five seahorses and finally noticing how different they actually are is enough.

The learning matters simply because the moment was joyful.

QuestFive is a growing collection of these little rabbit holes. Built for me, but open to anyone whose curiosity happens to overlap with mine.

Notice something you didn’t before. Earn a mildly ridiculous certificate.

Then, wander somewhere else.
